Damaged Hair

Many people damage their hair, some don't even know that they are damaging their hair. If you have ever chemically processed your hair, colored it, of put heat to it frequently your hair is most likely horridly damaged. however; damaged hair can be treated. Honestly, nobody is going to stop chemically processing their hair, coloring it , or stop using their flat irons. When you begin to notice or even care about what your doing to your hair these tips may help. :)

Know your poison
  • Is your hair heat damaged, chemically damaged, or BOTH. Your hair is classified as being heat damaged if you flat iron or curl your hair with heat hence the reason for calling it HEAT damage. your hair is classified as chemically damaged if you color , perm, relax, or texturize your hair.putting chemicals in your hair is bad all in itself  but the continuous use of chemically altering your hair is just damaging it worse each time. If you haven't noticed most commercial you see for hair coloring or haircare almost always say ; their product leaves your hair LOOKING and FEELING healthy, bout they rarely say that your hair IS healthy after using their product.
Change your hair products
  • Look for harmful ingredients , chances are almost every product you are using is contributing your damage. So check all the products you are using to help stop the damage. Being that this world is less than perfect your are not going to find products that are completely good for your hair. You will not be able to find some magical hair product with no harmful chemicals so don't stress. Also it is a bad idea for you to stress because the more you stress the less hair you will have :)
Moisturize moisturize moisturize
  •  Obviously if your hair is damaged your hair needs so intense moisturizing!! I advise you to deep condition your hair every week without fail!!!!!!!!!!!!!
